The Girls have left...
I awoke today to the freezing cold and Yamaken running into the lounge room calling for Kenji to leave for church...its was 7-something i would presume but i didn't feel like waking up (since no one was here) and so slept for a bit more.
The Colorado girls left yesterday.. one to yokohama and three to Kobe...i guess thats the last of the leaving... the very last one would be me...It always snows when people leave... When Dan and Kayo left.. its snowed, mildly. But today.. it snowed like crazy.. the winds wouldn't stop blowing..and the snow was pouring down..you can't even see the driveway now... and all this creaking...ergh... i wonder if it'll snow when i leave. As Dan says.. it takes 7 snows to stick... and this is number 6.
I think I miss you gals already...but the good news, i guess, is that I'll see 75% of you in a few days time...and 25% of you in a little bit... we're going biking!!yay!!
You always make that effort to love. To get out of your comfort zone, to be the first one to do the difficult/dirty jobs no one wants to do, to interact with people, to Love with all your heart... and because you do...i think i will miss you the most.
As i scroll through the pictures on the computer...i can't help but see a quirky side of you. Most times i wonder whats going on in that head...but then thats what most people think of me as well...You, like me.. think a lot. Of all the girls.. i think you think the most...which is wise and wonderful for the soul..and in its own sense, so very beautiful. Especially when i see the light falling softly against your face in the dining room. So... did those pills zonk you out on the bus?
I can't forget or ever get tired of your smile and laughter.. i love them both and you, the way you bring joy to the people around you. Its not anything in particular that you do...i think its just the atmosphere you bring along with your wonderful self... Love ya. Oh.. i hope you get better soon..:D
Did you know you grow on people? I think the sheep are not calm because of the voice...but because they know who is speaking it. Familiarity and confidence in a character is trust, which in turns results in calmness. As the bible says, gentleness is strength.. and, beautiful, as a word, cannot even begin to encompass that in you enough. I Love Your Digits...for real...how they play with that little ring, moving it from thumb to finger, pushing it againts the underside of your nail so it sticks...for some strange reason, like a snake to the movement of its charmers instrument, i am mesmerised by it.
I'll miss you all lots.
