Noro-ta
Hey guys...
i'm sick... very sick.. i think i'm almost dying (this is obviously exaggerated..but i'm still in a lot of pain).. stupid virus!!!!ergh!!!
Just before i came back to japan there was this irritating cough that tagged along with me here.. after i got here.. one of the staffs children had a weird Noro virus.. which apparently makes you vomit your food and go for long diarrhea..you can look up the symptoms of the disease here.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noro_virus
Obviously no fun at all and highly infectious. i dont even know which strand i got... but it definitely is a mix of stomach flu and the norwalk virus.
This virus first affected 2 of the staff.. then the next day..3 got hit.. then the next day.. 2 got hit. I had to fetch one of the guys home to the other staff lodging..and after that.. i got hit at 1am last night.. My stomach is in pain and everytime i eat food.. it hurts..and my body throws up the food...either that or i just crap the stuff out...so right now i'm on liquid diet..and i have a huge headache... the world is like spinning and i have no strength.. i think my body in its weakened state just put me up more a more susceptable victim...
Today another 2 just got hit... it seems like the entire northstar is being infected... we closed our doors today to visitors... we were suposed to have a christmas party thingy..but we felt it would not be good to have guest here while everyone is infected..so... we cancelled everything.
So yeah.. pray for this thing to be bearable for me and that the cough would disappear as well... i need some healing.. thanks for the prayers.
