Back in Japan...Back in Norikura...

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! my post got deleted!!!!!!!!!! why is the new blogger so ERGH!!!

So...lets do this again... i've been home and now i am back in Japan... going home was good because i got to see people that i love and also realise some things about myself... moreover, i also got to improve my japanese!! yay!
Anyway, sorry for the long silence.. like i've said i'm not really a blogger person but i need to update you guys on what is happening..

Visa : The visa situation was a real hard to deal with all by myself. It was good that my church came behind me and put me in contact with someone from the singapore baptist convention. Since our meeting, things have been happening. Gregory (the person at the singapore baptist convention) has met up with a representative for the japanese baptist convention and has told him about my situation. According to what Dan mentioned, all we need is technically a receiving party in japan because i already have a sending party which is my church. I have heard news back from gregory that the japanese side is eger to explore this area more and welcome me over there. However, because northstar is a small organisation, they do not know much about it. i guess the Japanese baptist conventionejust does not want to support something where they don't know what the organisation stands for and what its about... i can understand their precaution....So.... Dan is currently in communication with them on things like job descripton, Northstar's stand and purpose, Orgasational administration, then i will be eligible to apply for the missionary visa.

Summer : Well.. yes it is summer time here..which is great!! summer in the mountain is awesome.. the hottest we get nowadays is like 26degrees in the day...i think later in the season it would be something like 28. Anyway, This trip back, i was reminded about when i frist decided to go to Northstar, i had already in my heart commited to serve for at LEAST a year. When i heard the Lord calling me, i knew that i should obey and eventually would. So i went, and since i've only effectively been here only 9months, I know that my time there has served in His kingdom. My allegience is to the LORD so i will not back down and say..."hey, i think my time is due..things aren't working out"...i commited at LEAST a year when i decided and both the LORD and i Knew that...and since he is faithful and keeps His promises to me..so should i keep my promise to Him..
I mean, everytime something pops up and tries to spoil my time here, the lord has proved His strength and wisdom in all things. When i didn't have enough money because NS couldn't pay me legally, the Lord worked out a way where they could legally reimburse me in my daily needs and equipment. When i am experiencing Visa issues, He has once again helped me see His priorities. How important is getting my visa?? yes, of course that is important, but which is more? getting my visa or getting here?? All this while, even without a Visa, The lord has provided a way for me to be here. NS was able to reimburse me for all my plane flights so far (even though this time round is the last one.. but still!!). Indeed, when i am weak, His strength shines the brightest. When i am weak, i can see His hand the clearest. When i am weak, i see His provision the clearest. This reminds me of His faithfulness to His promises, everyday and every minute..and that in return...gives me strength to continue in mine even when the odds seem more than i expected. I am here now and i am serving because of His work... because He made a promise to me...He will be faithful to keep it..and so will i in mine to Him. He is my rock and my strength, in Him, i find Joy and a special peace.

Finance : Well... i want to thank all you supporters for your words of prayers, encouragement and financial support. I thank God for working in your hearts and providing a means for me to do His work. Your support has been a great blessing to me and others in this area, that you can be assured of.

By His Grace

P.S. Heres the first picture of the summer season... my room!!:D
